Cancellation Policies

Please provide at least a forty-eight (48) hour notice before canceling or changing an appointment.

First cancellation — No charge; things happen!
Second cancellation — Credit card will be charged at 50% of total salon services booked.
Third cancellation — Credit card will be charged at 100% of the total salon services booked. In addition, the privilege to pre-book salon services is forfeited, and only the day of salon services may be reserved.
*If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment due to COVID, you will be charged 50% of total salon services, which will be credited to your next appointment. Cancellations less than 48 hours of your work NOT due to COVID, your credit card will be charged 50% of total salon services booked with no credit.
